• Registrations for this meeting are made online through this page.

  The status of your DNM 21 registration is always available through your personal myDNM area. This also includes confirmation of your payment, but please note that it may take some time before this information is processed.

  Costs

  Registration fees are listed below.

  Ph.D. students* and chairs	€ 75
  Master students*	€ 75 / free§
  Keynote speakers, main speakers in parallel sessions, and speakers with non-Dutch affiliation	free
  Speakers with Dutch affiliation	€ 75
  Corporate	€ 150
  *To benefit from the reduced fee, confirmation must be provided by a supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure). If confirmation is not provided, you will need to pay the difference to the regular fee. §The registration is waived for Master students who submit an abstract (which is accepted by the organisers).

• Registrations for this meeting continue to be open but please note that you will only be able to pay using the iDEAL system. No other forms of payment will be possible after 21 May 2021.

  Unless your registration fee is covered by the organisation, your registration will only become definitive after your payment has been confirmed. The deadline for payment is 21 May 2021. IMPORTANT if you are submitting an abstract for a poster presentation, your deadline for payment is before: 30 April 2021 (if payment is not received by this date, your abstract will not be included in the Meeting's Programme & Abstracts book).

  Payments can be made using the iDEAL system.

  Cancellation

  Cancellations received by e-mail before 21 May 2021 are entitled to a full refund, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR.

  Substitute participants can be accepted but please contact the organisation by e-mail before the meeting with the exact details.
