Unless your registration fee is covered by the organisation, your registration will only become definitive after your payment has been confirmed. The deadline for payment is 21 May 2021. IMPORTANT if you are submitting an abstract for a poster presentation, your deadline for payment is before: 30 April 2021 (if payment is not received by this date, your abstract will not be included in the Meeting's Programme & Abstracts book).

Cancellations received by e-mail before 21 May 2021 are entitled to a full refund, minus an administrative charge of 30 EUR.
Substitute participants can be accepted but please contact the organisation by e-mail before the meeting with the exact details.
